We will accept returns only for defective products.
This is very uncommon due to our quality control and double checking each item before we ship them. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Customer is responsible to ship any items they seem defective back to us and if upon inspection they are found to be defective the customer will be given the option of having the items replaced or receive a refund.* If the products returned are found to be non-defective then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return them to the customer.
Returns must be done within 15 days from the date the order was delivered to customer.
Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them and in the original packaging (inside plastic bag, with original size tag, and uncut security loop). INBOP Flip-Flops Inc. must give prior authorization for all returns.
Please contact us should you experience any problems with ordering, a shipment, or require any information. In the event your order is incorrect, either wrong size or color, INBOP Flip-Flops Inc. will accept the return and replace or refund* (customer's choice) the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. The replacement will be sent with UPS standard 3-7 day ground service.
If customer needs the replacement faster, shipping service can be upgraded at customer's cost.
As the customer, you are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information and you will be responsible for paying for secondary shipping charges, if product has to be re-sent. INBOP Flip-Flops Inc. will not refund shipping charges and will not be responsible for unclaimed merchandise once it has been shipped.
Orders damaged in shipment should remain in their original packaging. Please contact us immediately and as much description as possible should be provided about the damage to the shipment. The customer should retain the original box so that a shipping representative may see it if he/she comes by to inspect damage. We reserve the right to change policy at any time.
* the refund option is not available for for custom made flip-flops. Damaged custom made flip-flops returned will be replaced withing 30 to 90 days from the date the return was received.

Yes, the Cariris flip flops are manufactured in Brazil, made of rubber and contain no Polyurethane or EVA(popularly known by ('foam'). They are recyclable and can be reprocessed in the manufacturing of various types of products, consequently avoiding the accumulation of waste and solid waste in nature, and encouraging environmental protection. As each pair of the Cariris flip flops are cut, the left over trimmings are melted down into new rubber sheets for re-use recycling. Just another thing to feel good about!

Yes, when heat is applied to the rubber, the rubber gets flexible workable, once it cools off it seals the shape. Here is what you can do to re-shape straps:
1. Place something under the straps to hold it up(such as socks..)
2. Use a hair blow dryer on the straps for approx. 30 seconds on max. heat. Focus on the middle part of the strap (the part where the straps meet together).
3. Let the strap cool off.
4. Remove the sock's. That's all! The strap will be re shaped!
