The Exclusive Distribution Center in the US is located in Milton, FL., which sells through www.inbop.com. INBOP was established in 1963 and has been in business since then manufacturing the CARIRIS Rubber Flip-Flops.

    Yes, you can decorate, embellish and even customize the flip-flops with your logo! We have 6 styles that are great for embellishing that are unbranded: Feel free to contact us for some helpful tips to decorate. Also here is a video with some helpful hints.
  • Can I re-shape the flip-flops straps?
    Yes, when heat is applied to the rubber, the rubber gets flexible, once it cools off it seals the shape. Here is what you can do to re-shape straps:
    1. Place something under the straps to hold it up(such as socks..)
    2. Use a hair blow dryer on the straps for approx. 30 seconds on max. heat. Focus on the middle part of the strap (the part where the straps meet together).
    3. Let the strap cool off.
    4. Remove the sock's. That's all! The strap will be reshaped!

  • What is INBOP’s return policy?
    • We are dedicated to consistently supplying you with high-quality products. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. We strongly suggest that you order samples first, to ensure satisfaction with quality and color. The appearance of products online can vary greatly depending on the monitor they are viewed through, resolution, etc. We cannot guarantee they will match the color you see on your screen, though they are the actual pictures of the products.
    • We will accept returns only for defective products.This is very uncommon due to our quality control and double-checking each item before we ship them. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. The customer is responsible to ship any items that seem defective back to us and if upon inspection they are found to be defective the customer will be given the option of having the items replaced or receive a refund.* If the products returned are found to be non-defective then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return them to the customer.
    • Returns must be done within 15 days from the date the order was delivered to the customer.   • Are the Cariris flip-flops committed to protect our environment?
    Yes, the Cariris flip flops are manufactured in Brazil, made of rubber and contain no Polyurethane or EVA (popularly known by ('foam'). They are recyclable and can be reprocessed in the manufacturing of various types of products, consequently avoiding the accumulation of waste and solid waste in nature, and encouraging environmental protection. As each pair of the Cariris flip flops are cut, the left over trimmings are melted down into new rubber sheets for re-use recycling. Just another thing to feel good about!

    The wholesale minimum order is 25 pairs. Special 18 pairs now available. You can mix different flip-flops styles, colors and sizes. We keep approx. 100,000 pairs in stock all year round.  
  • Can I buy any quantity above the minimum order quantity?
    Yes, once you meet the 25 pair minimum order, which we have a special now for 18 pairs minimum order required, you can order ANY quantity above that (19, 22, 37 ...).
  • What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
    First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item or if your order is incorrect, check the packing slip sent with the package(s) to verify your order, if you are still missing any item or your order was sent wrong, call us at (850)449 9340.
